Each job has a clean-by time, a crew and a stop on the driver's route. Same-day check-ins come first in the schedule.
The crew leader records one walk-through at the start and one at the end. It uploads in the background, even on a weak signal.
Each worker starts and stops their own hours. When the leader finishes the flat, everyone's clock stops. Day totals are rounded to the half hour, and a correction needs a reason and stays in the history.

Today a cleaning starts as a request in the portal: a property manager picks the flat and the check-out, and the cleaning company sees it right away. Next come the calendars and the property management systems, so nobody types a check-out twice.
